The renowned American actor Leonardo Dicaprio turned the big 50 on November 11, and he ushered in his new decade by throwing a lavish party.
It was a star studded affair that started off with dinner catered by luxury restaurant chain Nobu, as revealed by sources to Page Six.
“Guests spotted at the celebration, we hear, included DiCaprio’s “Catch Me If You Can” director Steven Spielberg and his wife, Kate Capshaw, as well as “Killers of the Flower Moon” star Robert De Niro and “Once Upon a Time in Hollywood” actor Brad Pitt — who arrived early to join the celebration and attended with his girlfriend, Ines De Ramon.”
More stars who showed up to the party include socialite Paris Hilton, celebrated singer Katy Perry and her partner, actor Orlando Bloom, rapper Tyga among more superstars in the jaw-dropping list.
TMZ lists: “Tobey Maguire, Emile Hirsch, Edward Norton, Benicio Del Toro, Jamie Foxx, Bill Maher, Chuck Liddell, Chris RockRobin Thicke, Cara Delevingne, Dr. Dre, Anderson Paak…”
The report notes: “The main attraction — Leo — was laying low inside the house, but he couldn’t escape our cameras. We captured the actor getting emotional as Stevie Wonder sang happy birthday to him. Leo’s best friend, Tobey, was by his side to share the touching moment,” adding that his dad and step-mum were also in attendance.
The actor was reportedly overjoyed during the special evening, and shared warm hugs with all his guests at the fete which took place at his residence in Los Angeles on November 9, two days before his actual birthday.
He spoke on Good Morning America about what he aimed to accomplish before turning 50 in a 2023 interview, and it was all about his career.
“You know what? Just one more movie,” Leonardo said.
