Popular content creator Thee Pluto is hitting out at those spreading misinformation about the circumstances surrounding his recent break up with Felicity Shiru.
Taking to his Instagram account, Pluto uploaded a since-deleted screenshot seen by Habari Digital, confronting one Martoh Muriithi for his comments about the split.
“So, Thee Pluto’s ex Felicity Shiru, has finally moved into her own place after what seems like a not-so-great exit from their marriage. Word has it that after Thee Pluto divorced her and threw her clothes outside, she packed up her kid and said ‘I choose peace,’” Muriithi wrote.
He then urged the ladies to always have their own money, while wondering out loud why the YouTuber would not let her leave with some household items.
In response, Pluto wrote: “I don’t understand why bloggers choose writing lies they can come up with about me all the time.”
“Only if y’all knew the truth. But I decided to hold my peace forever. Inauma!”
The former couple announced that they had split up last month through a post shared on Thee Pluto’s Instagram stories.
“We’ve decided to go our separate ways,” Pluto wrote at the time, adding, “Thank you for the continued support from family, friends and fans. Let’s not speculate anything not to spread lies about the situation. We will co-parent peacefully to make sure our lovely daughter is not affected.”
In the wake of the split, Felicity has been documenting her journey house-hunting and settling in as a single mother.
The digital creator took to her YouTube channel to showcase an empty house tour, once she secured the perfect apartment.
“Finally, I have found something within my budget, a new home, and the space is okay,” she told her 324,000 subscribers on the video which premiered October 1.
Since then, she has uploaded more clips sharing the decor process and how her home is coming together.
