Kenyan rapper Mark Mbogo, popularly known as KayyCyy Pluto, who lives and works in the US, was spotted wearing the Kenyan flag on an evening out with friends.

The artiste rocked the piece as a headscarf while sipping on a drink in what appeared to be a dinner on pictures uploaded to his Instagram.

The photo slides also showcased that he wears the beloved flag on a wristband too, like many Kenyans.

“So y’all got two singles…which ones you been playing the most?” he captioned the post.

He added: “Merch with the album. One piece at a time… might just drop something with the next song? So many surprises on the way.”

Kenyan fans were quick to spot the shout-out and love to the country where he was born.

“Reppin Kenya,” wrote one Brian Kiplangat.

“I see the Kenyan fag,” wrote another person.

“An account going by @aumacstudio commented: “KayyCyy Pluto and Khaligraph Jones collaboration needs to happen like yesterday.”

The 27-year-old secured a Grammy Award in 2021 for his work as a songwriter on Ye and The Weeknd’s track Hurricane.

Boomplay reports: “On social media, Pluto shared the [Grammy] certificate thanking his fans and God for the support. Pluto has worked with several other top American artists such as Lil Wayne, Alicia Keys, Nicki Minaj among others.”
